Cancellation policy
- cancellation up to 45 days before the arrival date – the whole fee will be refunded (except for bank charges).
- cancellation between 44 and 30 days before the arrival date – the participant will be refunded with 75% of the fee (except for bank charges).
- cancellation between 30 and 10days before the arrival date – the participant will be refunded with 50% of the fee (except for bank charges).
- cancellation less than 10 days before the arrival date – the participant will be charged for the entire fee.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE CONFERENCE the whole fee will be refunded (except for bank charges).
