  • Invited speakers have 40 minutes in total, and they should plan to speak for about 30 min, leaving 10 min. for questions.
  • PLEASE NOT USE MORE TIME than your allotted time. Rehearse your presentation several times; projecting slides and doing anything else you would otherwise expect to do at the meeting. The Session Chairs are instructed to adhere to the printed schedule for the session. With parallel sessions this is critical to the overall success of the conference.

  • Posters should be no larger than 70 cm wide by 100 cm long (portrait orientation)
  • Check-in at the poster desk the day of your presentation. The presenter must be an author of the poster and a registered attendee.
  • Poster hanging material will be provided on site. Please return it at the end of your poster session.
  • Display your material in large print so it may be read from a distance.
  • Print TITLE and AUTHORS in extra-large print across the top of your display.
  • Attendance of presenting authors of Poster Session I and II is expected in front of their poster during the assigned poster session. A poster pitch presentation will be asked by Poster session Chairs when they come to your poster. Lists of Authors of Poster session I  and II are available here.
